Will all scratches be removed?

Depends on how deep they are. While swirls and light defects can be greatly reduced, deeper scratches that catch a fingernail may not be fully removed. This will be discussed before any work begins.

Do results vary between vehicles?

Yes. Results depend on paint condition, paint type, and vehicle age. We always aim to achieve the best possible finish safely.

Are you mobile or unit based?

We offer both mobile detailing and unit-based services, depending on the package and your preference.

Do I need to provide water or electricity for mobile services?

We carry on-board water, which can be used if required.
However, access to electricity is required for all mobile bookings and must be provided by the customer.

How often should I book a Maintenance Valet?

We recommend every 2–4 weeks to maintain the standard achieved by the Deep Clean.

Can I add ceramic coatings or extras?

Yes. Optional upgrades such as ceramic coatings, glass coatings, wheel coatings, and trim protection are available on request.

Do you require a deposit?

For larger or time-intensive services, a deposit may be required to secure your booking.
